Welcome to SignalSauce. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

SignalSauce provides business intelligence services, delivering information about companies that have recently raised funding. We collect this information from publicly available sources and deliver it via email and/or online dashboard.

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate specified at the time of purchase
- Early bird pricing is locked in for life for the first 20 customers
- All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy

2.2 Billing
- Payment is processed through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

2.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with SignalSauce within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:
- Use SignalSauce only for lawful business purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not resell, redistribute, or share SignalSauce data without permission
- Not use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage

5. Data and Information

5.1 Data Sources
- All information is collected from publicly available sources
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information
- Information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

5.2 Your Use of Data
- You are responsible for verifying information before using it
- You assume all risk for your use of SignalSauce data
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using our data, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations

5.3 No Contact Database
- SignalSauce does not currently provide contact information (emails, phone numbers)
- When contact enrichment is added, separate terms will apply

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SignalSauce are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SignalSauce is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for business opportunities lost or gained through use of our service

8. Third-Party Services

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of SignalSauce after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
